​Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential home projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires a strong communicator who can manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client expectations while delivering excellent results and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple residential construction projects simultaneously

• Provide clear direction to team members to ensure project targets are achieved

• Coordinate with design, estimating, and field teams to ensure alignment 

• Maintaining, tracking, and reporting financial aspects of projects including subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts and billings

• Manage subcontractors and vendors

• Conduct site visits and progress meetings regularly

• Maintaining clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites

• Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive and transparent experience

• Document changes, resolve conflicts, and proactively address project challenges

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential construction project management experience

• History of managing all phases of a construction project from initiation to completion

• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management software (e.g. JobTread)

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
