WHAT TO EXPECT: From the first meeting all the way to helping choose finishes for your home, our hands-on approach with clients enables us to bring your vision to life! Remodeling has a lot of moving parts and we know it can be confusing and stressful. Ongoing project communications is key to reducing stress. Here is an overview about how the Construction Process with REJUVE GROUP works for you.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
We here at Rejuve Group like to make sure your project runs smoothly. We’ll meet with you for a free in-home consultation which includes:

In person meeting with a Project Specialist

Walk through the project and scope of work

Discuss your budget and plan
-
Talk about use of your space and overall vision
03.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
Prior to entering into a Construction Agreement together there will be pre-construction processes & fees. These will be handled with what is called a Professional Services Agreement or PSA. If applicable, your PSA may include:

Demolition & Discovery work

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
With all or most of the results of the PSA work in hand we will meet with you to talk through the project. We will take all the time you want to be comfortable and confident that your project is in expert hands, which includes:

Scope of Work & Project Plan

Progress Payments & Timelines
-
Logistics & Concerns
-
You will meet your personal Project Manager & discuss how communications can be handled.
05.
CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT AND START OF PROJECT
We will now have all the information to provide a guaranteed price for your project:

You’ve signed off on the design and production plan

You have met your project manager and know who will be doing what to whom

We will provide an Agreement for our mutual signatures

We will review & explain every detail of the Construction Agreement
06.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT &
INPROCESS CHANGES
No matter how carefully we plan your project together you will probably want to make some changes along the way. And we are prepared to cheerfully accommodate you. Our Agreement will explain how costs associated with your changes will be handled. During the Building Phase we will handle all the details relieving you of stress. This includes:

Ordering Materials & Scheduling

Project Oversight & Coordination

Diligently keep you up to date on progress & delays with our online project management software Buildertrend
07.
PROJECT COMPLETION & WARRANTY
During this completion phase we will meticulously inspect to ensure that craftsmanship levels have been maintained throughout the project. This includes:

A final review meeting with you to answer any operational questions regarding: Appliances, heating & cooling systems and any other operational questions.

A final clean up to the highest standards possible both within the project & anything on the property that we’ve touched.

Final Punch List for you to note anything needing further attention

Finally, you will benefit from our industry leading three-year warranty on our work.
