Site Visit

We will visit your space, performing a walk-through together. During this time, we'll discuss your vision, budget, cost range and next steps.

Cost Range & Next Steps

With all the data we've gathered, we provide you with a cost range, and spell out the next steps of the project together.

Design & Permitting

Demolition, discovery work, and design services (where needed) are performed. Cost for detailed estimating & guaranteed pricing is established.

Proposal

We meet and talk through the entire project. This includes a review of the scope of work, price, project plan, and timelines. You will meet your personal Project Manager, and discuss the communication timeline.

Project Launch

The Construction Agreement is reviewed and signed. We take a Matterport 360° photo of your project to track progress. You will be given login access to your account to view live project progress, and stay in touch 24/7 with your Project Manager. 

Live Project Updates

You are able to access a custom application which allows for full access to the entire build. Stay up to date on schedule, current project photos, access documentation, and stay in touch 24/7 with your Project Manager.

Completion and Warranty

Upon completion of the project, we provide a comprehensive project walk through with you. You will receive our  3 year work warranty. Enjoy your new space!
